Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days after order confirmation.

Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days across India.

Once the order is shipped, a tracking ID will be provided for real-time order status updates.

Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for defective or damaged products.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accompanying materials.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received is defective.

To initiate a return, please email nayrawear6@gmail.com with your order details and clear proof of the defect.

Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided. Only exchanges will be processed for defective products.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched.

Before shipping, our executive will contact you for order confirmation, at which point you may choose to cancel the order.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations will not be possible.
